Founded in 1997 with a manufacturing site established in Dongguan, China in 2012, Dayao focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of precision adjustment and control components. Our portfolio covers rotary / slide / trimmer potentiometers, micro and tactile switches, rotary encoders and push‑to‑reset types, multi‑position selectors, and a range of connectors.

We operate with a cross‑functional R&D and process team, automated assembly lines, precision metrology and reliability test equipment, and clean, air‑conditioned workshops. Combined with robust process control and traceability, we deliver predictable quality and lead times from design validation and samples to pilot run and mass production.
